These lobsters, prized for their sweet, juicy richness, are exported live across the globe to grace the plates of fine dining restaurants from Dubai to Tokyo.
But what if that unmistakable flavour could be captured — without the fuss of processing a live lobster?
That question sparked the creation of Ocean Gold’s lobster-infused oil: a shelf-stable, gourmet product that distils the essence of Australia’s lobster tradition into a versatile culinary experience. No shells, no waste — just pure, buttery indulgence in every drop.
After extensive trial and error, we developed a proprietary method of extracting the lobster’s nutrients and flavour compounds without any additives or preservatives. The result is a clean, elegant infusion that preserves the integrity of the lobster’s natural taste while meeting the highest standards of shelf stability and purity. I chose our locally grown and naturally processed canola oil for it’s purity and ability to carry the lobster flavours with a high smoke point for cooking.
